Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total
stay is required. Payments by Visa or MasterCard are welcome.
Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Exclusivity
The cottage comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Each
reservation will be for the booking guest’s exclusive
use to allow for complete privacy. Guests will have access
to the entire Woodstock property, plus use of all sports
and recreational equipment in the home.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund will be given if cancellation is made 30 days
prior to arrival. 25% fee will be charged for cancellations
between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival. 100% fee will be
charged for cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival.
In cases of emergency, you will find us very accommodating
in trying to re-book you at a later date. |
