About the Cottage
Woodstock’s Cottage is a 1650 sq. ft luxury home,
plus 2-car garage. It is newly built and won the top
3 Gold Awards in the Master Builders Awards
for the region of the Bay of Plenty in New Zealand. Every
room (except the laundry and bathrooms) has an unobstructed
view of the hills and livestock all the way down to the
beautiful and historical Green Lake (also known as Lake
Rotokakahi).
The Amenities
The home is heated throughout, for your comfort with a thermostatically
controlled under floor hot water heating system. The main
living area includes a large living room, complete with
a woodburning fireplace, comfortable seating, plus a TV,
stereo and a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped to
please any culinary artist. There is an electric stove,
oven, microwave and a large dishwasher. The dining area
is adjacent to the kitchen and the livingroom to allow for
an open entertainment area.
The Rooms & Patios
Two Queen bedrooms are privately located down the hallway
– each with a bathroom adjacent. The master bedroom
has a king-size bed with an adjoining large walk-in closet,
an ensuite with a large shower and a bath overlooking the
lake. TV is available in all the bedrooms. The laundryroom
has a large washer and dryer plus a built in ironing board.
The house is completely outfitted with top quality linen
– including beach towels for use at the lake. There
are 2 decks to enjoy - one large deck extends the full length
of the house, accessible from all rooms. Another patio adjacent
to the kitchen/dining area is well equipped for your entertaining
and barbecuing pleasure.
Service
A cleaning staff prepares the cottage for your arrival and
cleans on your departure. Any extra cleaning is available
on request at an extra fee. |
