We would like to say - no, we would like to scream WE ENJOYED every bit of our stay at Woodstock.

We were shocked to have the whole house to ourselves and we went delirious with the superb view we get during our stay although it was a short stay. We should have stayed longer.

Dennis was a great host and his friends were just as friendly.

We had great fun frolicking with the sheep and we miss them sheep so much.

Enough said, Woodstock is highly recommended!

... we could not have had a more fantastic stay. We adored the house and could not quite believe how isolated in such pristine beauty it was - not a light or house in sight! The children loved running up and down the hill to the lake, and Dennis was so incredibly kind, demonstrating sheep shearing and looking after us. He was also incredibly kind when one of the children pulled down the curtain rail - apologies, he said he would be able to fix it, but do let us know if there was a cost.

We would love to come to Woodstock again, it is a little piece of perfection, such a tranquil and comfortable house nestled in exquisite natural beauty. The views are quite breathtaking, we spent ages just watching the changing sky over the lake - truly the stuff of dreams. Thank you.

It was absolutely perfect, we loved the house and the surrounding views, what an awesome place. Our boys spent the whole time running on the lawns. We took the boys up to watch Dennis running the sheep through treatment aswell - he was great with them.

We had great weather for the majority of our stay, only one wet day on March 5th up in Russell, apart from that it was sunshine all the way.

We will certainly be back in New Zealand and would love to visit Woodstock again - we felt like royalty driving up through the forest to the house! We brought our two youngest boys with us this time, next time we'll bring them all in school holidays.

We had a wonderful time at Woodstock!! Words seem inadequate to describe how beautiful your home and surrounding landscape are. We also stayed in rental units in Fran Josef and Queenstown and your property was by far the best!!

I honestly can't think of a way to improve the destination....I only wish I had stayed longer!! :)

Thanks again...I will definitely encourage anyone I know travelling to NZ to book with you (and hope to do so again myself).

We had an amazing time at Woodstock, you have the most beautiful house in an amazing location and we were fortunate to spend Christmas there. The kids loved it and we took the opportunity to enjoy the grounds and walk down to the Green Lake. Woodstock was really the highlight of our trip to NZ.

Dennis took really good care of us ... we will certainly be recommending Woodstock to all our friends and will definitely be in touch the next time we are down in NZ.

We have just recently returned to Vienna from our vacaton in New Zealand and our short stop at Woodstock. Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. Your house is the perfect place to get away from it all - just beautiful. If we had known how nice it would be, we certainly would have planned a longer visit. Dennis was very helpful and we were sorry we didn't have time to see all of the farm.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us - we would love to come back to New Zealand soon and we would love to come back to Woodstock!
