Thirteen venues across New Zealand have been chosen to host pool matches for Rugby World Cup (RWC) 2011. Auckland (Eden Park), Wellington and Christchurch have been allocated five pool matches each while North Shore, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Rotorua and Dunedin will each host three matches. The Woodstock Cottage is a 1650 sq. ft luxury home located 10 minutes drive south of Rotorua, New Zealand. There is over 900 acres of operating sheep and cattle farm land, complimented with areas of both native bush and Radiata Forest. The property bounds State Highway 5, the beautiful pristine Green Lake (Lake Rotokakahi) and the Forest. Woodstock offers an outstanding vacation opportunity for hiking, mountain biking and much more.

Reservation Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total stay is required. Payments by Visa or MasterCard are welcome. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.

Exclusivity
The cottage comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Each reservation will be for the booking guest’s exclusive use to allow for complete privacy. Guests will have access to the entire Woodstock property, plus use of all sports and recreational equipment in the home.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund will be given if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival. 25% fee will be charged for cancellations between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival. 100% fee will be charged for cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival. In cases of emergency, you will find us very accommodating in trying to re-book you at a later date.

All rental arrangements are made directly through the owners, Donna and Dick Ford. Detailed information about the operation of the cottage is available upon booking. Our manager, Dennis Price will welcome you on arrival and aquaint you with the cottage, the farm and activities. For your comfort we have a strict ‘no smoking – no pets’ policy. Transportation – other than your own vehicle – is readily available from Rotorua.
